Track 1 - Meditation-Intro to Practices
A general guide to posture, hand placement and the environment that you meditate in.
Track 2 - Alternate Nostril Breathing (PART 1 & PART 2)
A traditional Yogic practice. Excellent for improving concentration, as a precursor to meditation, and can be used in spur of the moment stressful circumstances. May be practiced every day, preferably before other meditations.
Track 3 - Zen Basic Meditation (PART 1 & PART 2)
A traditional Eastern meditation that is profoundly simple, yet perhaps the most powerful meditation of them all. May be practiced every day, preferably twice a day, at the same times each day.
Track 4 - So-Hum Meditation (PART 1 & PART 2)
A traditional Yogic practice. Excellent for grounding and centredness and can be used in spur of the moment stressful circumstances. May be practiced every day.
Track 5 - Anahata Meditation (PART 1 & PART 2)
A powerful meditation that I have developed to assist the enlightening of personal, group and global consciousness. May be practiced every day; however, either the “So-Hum” or the “Zen” meditation are to be practiced immediately after the “Anahata Meditation” in order to ensure a feeling of grounding and centredness.
Track 6 - Laying Meditation
A traditional Yogic practice. This is a fabulous relaxation method for assistance in the alleviation of aches and pains, sleeping issues and for a general revival of physical, mental, emotional and spiritual states of consciousness. May be practiced every day.
Track 7 - Personal Meditation (PART 1 & PART 2)
I have specifically developed this guided meditation to facilitate finding a personal space to let go and relax. This meditation may also be used to access personal Angels and Guides in a completely safe manner. May be practiced every day.
Track 8 - Intro to Chakras & Auras
A basic introduction to the seven major chakras or energy centres and the aura or human energy field, including a practice to assist in the seeing of a human aura.
Track 9 - Chakra Meditation (PART 1 & PART 2)
I have specifically developed this meditation and used accompanying backing music in a different key for each chakra to open up and cleanse and purify each of the seven major chakras or energy centres. May be practiced every day and is recommended to be practiced at least once a week.
